Funciones
Incumbent provides overall coordination and support for the seven-section, 28-person General Services Office (GSO) in Madrid as well as occasional support to U.S. Consulate General Barcelona. Major duties for this position include: customer service to Mission employees and their eligible family members (EFMs) in support of all GSO functions; scheduling and coordination for GSO employees (through calendar appointments, room reservations, travel arranging and vouchering, Time & Attendance) and events (including scheduling, invitations, confirmations, updates, room and A/V reservations, document preparation, etc.); information sharing within and outside GSO; maintaining and tracking training, travel, and representational budgets and actual expenses for the section; reviewing and improving internal processes; providing logistical support for visits; making small purchases; process and analyze data.
Requisitos
EXPERIENCE: At least two years of secretarial, administrative, or logistics experience is required. JOB KNOWLEDGE: Demonstrated high performance in fast-paced office environment with competing tasks and demands. Demonstrated experience with customer service and interacting with people of different cultures, backgrounds, and languages. LANGUAGE: Fluent level of English (speaking/reading/writing). Fluent level of Spanish (speaking/reading/writing). This may be tested.
