Funciones
Incumbent is responsible for multiple management portfolios at post. The incumbent's roles are class-B cashier with a $10,000 of operating advance, coordination of two Consular sub-cashiers, and management clerk with responsibilities for: human resources support for American and LES staff, time and attendance review and entry, procurement, and voucher support.
Requisitos
EDUCATION: Two years of post-secondary school required. EXPERIENCE: Three years of experience in administrative work including accounting and customer service is required. JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must have a good working knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures, including basic accounting and bookkeeping principles and practices. LANGUAGE: Fluent level of English (speaking/reading/writing). Fluent level of Spanish (speaking/reading/writing). This may be tested. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Incumbent must have computer skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, internet and be able to work with electronic archive systems.
